T-Hub Launches Blueprint: A 12-Month Deep-Tech Fellowship to Scale India’s Next Generation of Frontier Innovators
Hyderabad’s premier startup incubator, T-Hub, has introduced Blueprint, a 12-month fellowship programme designed to help deep-tech founders transition from early traction to scalable businesses . The initiative aims to strengthen Hyderabad’s position as a hub for frontier innovation .
The Deep-Tech Fellowship: Moving Beyond Traction
Blueprint is structured to support founders tackling complex challenges in sectors like AI, robotics, semiconductors, space-tech, and advanced engineering . Instead of merely providing workspace, T-Hub plans to act as a “co-builder,” embedding itself in the execution process .

Under Blueprint, T-Hub will work with deep-tech founders as a generalist CXO, helping them build the operating and commercial foundations suited to their stage and sector . The programme provides each startup with a 12-month operating plan and prepares them for fundraising with VC-ready pitches and complete data rooms covering financials, ownership structures, legal documents, and business traction .
The Inaugural Cohort: 14 Startups Across Energy, Health, AI & Space
T-Hub has selected 14 startups for the first Blueprint cohort :
Kritsnam, ArtusAI, Litemed, Zodhya, Arkle Energy, Sensehealth, Vahn, Buildwright, Sanyark Space, Semex AI, Pavakah Energy, Vecros, Portl, and Storyvord .
The cohort reflects a cross-section of deep-tech efforts spanning energy, health, artificial intelligence, and space-linked innovation .
Government Support and the RDI Fund
At the launch event, Rajesh Kumar Pathak, Secretary to the Government of India’s Technology Development Board, briefed founders on the ₹1 lakh crore Research, Development and Innovation (RDI) Fund . He described the fund as a crucial capital pathway for Indian startups developing deep technologies with significant economic and strategic potential .
Strengthening Hyderabad’s Deep-Tech Ecosystem
Blueprint builds on T-Hub’s existing efforts to position Hyderabad as a global deep-tech destination . The programme will offer founders one-on-one mentorship from technical operators, talent pipelines, and access to market-oriented intellectual property . T-Hub currently engages with more than 3,300 founders and over 250 partner investors, and it will use Blueprint to facilitate investor interactions, enterprise contracts, and international exposure .
