The new platform integrates machine learning algorithms with ZOHO’s existing business intelligence tools, offering predictive analytics capabilities that were previously only available in enterprise-grade solutions.
“With ZIA, we’re bringing sophisticated AI analytics to businesses of all sizes,” said ZOHO CEO Sridhar Vembu. “Our goal is to democratize advanced data analysis and help companies make smarter decisions faster.”

Availability and Implementation
The ZIA platform will be available to all ZOHO One subscribers starting October 1st. Early testing has shown a 40% reduction in time spent on data analysis tasks among beta users.
